Hyogo Prefecture’s Kinosaki Onsen is a well-known resort town where visitors can relax in natural hot springs that smooth and nourish the skin; tuck into a sumptuous-yet-healthy full-course dinner of succulent Matsuba crab; and promenade around the historic streets in fashionable Japanese yukata.
