J-AGRICULTURE
Nekka Shochu is a distilled spirit manufactured in the town of Tadami, Fukushima Prefecture. It’s won many international liquor competitions and established its brand status in only three years. Developed and produced alongside local rice farmers, their goal is to bring the community together in promoting the potential of rice to the world.
J-STATION
In March 2020, a brand-new train station debuted in Tokyo – the Takanawa Gateway Station. It’s the Yamanote Line’s first new station since 1971 and features an attractive station building enwrapped in soft lighting. Major redevelopment is ongoing in its vicinity and the area is expected to become a new international cultural hub in Tokyo.
J-FOOD
The Washoku World Challenge is a culinary competition for non-Japanese chefs of Washoku, or Japanese cuisine. In February 2020, qualifiers from cities around the world gathered in Tokyo for the final round. This segment features the championship and how Washoku continues to evolve by incorporating fresh perspective from chefs worldwide.

J-ADVENTURE
After 50 days of travel through Japan covering over 1,800km, the runAway team reach the Oki Islands in Shimane Prefecture. This beautiful archipelago in the Sea of Japan marks the end of this fantastic journey for Dean and his fellow adventurers. Before the end, they’re off to the see the Kuniga Coast Line, part of Daisen-Oki National Park and a UNESCO Global Geopark. The spectacular coastal scenery is the perfect setting to end this adventure.
