In Japan, the simultaneous achievement of “S+3E”, or “Energy Security”, “Economic Efficiency”, and “Environment” all in way that ensures “Safely” is vital. Because of Japan’s lack of resources, it is not able to rely on any one source of power and must work to develop an “Energy Mix” of different sources.
