A complex to accommodate small factories opened in Tokyo's Ota Ward in March 2012, overcoming difficulties caused by financial consequences of the previous year's earthquake. Proponents found a way to work around the problems in order to support the growth of neighborhood-based industry. With 33 rooms, the facility provides space for the development of both traditional and modern technology.
