Japan, with its 35 national parks, offers a diverse array of natural landscapes shaped by its unique geography. In this program, we'll visit Daisetsuzan National Park and Yakushima National Park.
We'll embark on a snowy adventure in Daisetsuzan National Park, hiking through snow-covered mountains on snowshoes and connecting with the indigenous Kamikawa Ainu people.
In Yakushima National Park, renowned for its abundant rainfall and lush, mystical environment, we'll take on river kayaking, explore an ancient Yakusugi cedar forest, and more. Join us as we delve into the natural and cultural richness of Japan's national parks.
