FOODEX JAPAN is one of Asia's largest food and beverage exhibitions held annually in Tokyo. It marks its 50th anniversary in 2025 with the launch of a wine exhibition, FOODEX WINE. In this program, renowned Japanese chefs visit European wineries participating in FOODEX WINE, then showcase original dishes paired with exquisite wines.
This time in Spain, top Japanese chef Matsumoto Keisuke visits two Spanish wineries. One is working to boost their region with top-quality wine, and the other is a family preserving heritage grapes saved from extinction for generations.
