Iwasaki Mokei Seizo in Gujo Hachiman, Gifu is known as one of the leading manufacturers in the fake food industry. In this episode, we decided to visit this touristy city, introducing you to those artists’ distinctive craftsmanship that requires a high level of specialized knowledge.
