Information

Reporter John Daub visits the Japan Sake and Shochu Information Center in Tokyo. John is a fan of sake, but doesn't know very much about the drink or how it's made. He's advised to take a class for beginners led by Ninja Sensei, who presents Japanese culture in the TV program “Teach Me Ninja Sensei!” Ninja Sensei tells John a great deal about sake from various points of view, including geography, science and history. In addition to learning how sake is made, John also discovers how to enjoy it to the fullest by, for example, pairing specific types and temperatures of sake with different dishes. A program full of practical information for anyone with an interest in sake.
