People who’ve suffered a cerebral hemorrhage often experience physical effects that make it difficult to engage in everyday activities such as working or driving a car. A facility in Beppu, Japan is helping such people build skills and confidence through programs such as physical therapy, computer operation, and basic farming. It’s helping people recover from devastating life events, reengage with society, and live happier, more productive lives.
