Fashion Designer Morinaga Kunihiko

Aired: November 18, 2022 (UTC)

Morinaga Kunihiko, founder of the fashion brand ANREALAGE, has consistently intrigued the world with his unique looks that turn fashion norms inside out, such as photochromic garments that take on color when exposed to light. While he’s known for digital and tech-oriented creations, his latest collection is the polar opposite. It features hand-sewn patchwork, reminiscent of a method developed in his early days as a designer. We cover his physical show at Paris Fashion Week and follow his creative trail.
