Agricultural visionary Ota Futoshi is on a mission to change how people in Japan eat. His farm, located in Ome City, Tokyo, produces about a hundred types of organic vegetables that are packed with flavor and sought after by well-known Italian and French restaurants. Ota believes that quality flavors and food safety start in the field. We visit him there to dig deeper.
